Talking Lights System is a powerful and inexpensive way to enable context aware computing, a new technology that makes it possible to associate information with specific locations in a building and then use that information to guide, monitor and get information to people as they move from place to place.

This new communication technology takes an essential part of every building – lighting – and uses it to communicate information that can be heard through an earpiece, seen on a hand-held computer, or processed as data or control signals.
